2. User-Generated Content & Intellectual Property

   

• Ownership: You retain absolute ownership and intellectual property rights over the content (text, ideas, insights, media) you publish on Andrenna GMDC.

   

• Platform License: By posting content, you grant Andrenna GMDC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and host your content solely to keep the platform feed functional.

3. Code of Conduct & Restrictions

To maintain a clean and productive digital playground, you agree NOT to:

   

• Upload or distribute any malicious code, viruses, or software designed to disrupt the platform's architecture.

   

• Engage in automated scraping, bot attacks, or spamming behaviors that degrade system resources or violate our web constraints.

   

• Publish harassing, abusive, or explicitly harmful material that violates community standards.

4. System Optimization & Modifications

Andrenna GMDC is operated under an agile, AI-Native Workflow. We reserve the right to continuously refactor database schemas, modify UI assets, clean up DNS structures, or deprecate redundant features/subdomains at any time without prior notice to optimize performance and security.

5. Limitation of Liability

Andrenna GMDC is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis for personal experimentation and community interaction. We do not guarantee uninterrupted runtime and shall not be liable for any temporary loss of data or technical downtime resulting from infrastructure refactoring.
